“ This diner makes you feel like you're not in California in the best way possible. Their pancakes are very unique and, in my opinion, much higher quality than Denny's or iHop. I usually order them with chocolate chips and whipped cream, which is excellent. Their bacon is, and I am being very serious, the best restaurant bacon that I have ever had the pleasure of enjoying. It is very thick, crispy, and the slices are massive compared to other diners. They have massive omelettes served in a whimsical circle shape as well. The coffee is excellent and they have hazelnut and vanilla creamer options refills. I've also never received anything less than very friendly service! Highly recommend as a breakfast spot. ”

“ The staff here are always super nice and helpful. They recently raised the prices but there is a menu with junior plates on the back of the menu that are reasonable. They also will upgrade your regular buttermilk pancake for specialty one for 1.50. My favorites are cottage cheese pancakes and pecan pancakes. ”
